Transportation in San Juan/Isla verde/Condado/Hotels

There was no one to pick us up as agreed, we called several times and the young lady said they didn't see our reservation which we had conformation in hand. Finally they got another cab driver to pick us up and take us to our hotel. It took an hour to get someone to pick us up. The driver was nice and took our conformation page, didn't charge us extra and of course we tipped him appropriately.

Our driver was on time and met us at the baggage claim. Our ride to the hotel was great and the driver was very friendly.

Reliable pickup, no issues, driver came looking for us off the ship, even came early. Very good experience.

Juan and Mariana provided us with excellent transportation services throughout our stay in Puerto Rico. They provided transportation from the airport to our condo in Carolina, drove us to meeting spots for excursions we had scheduled, and were readily available to us at all times. They even provided an extensive tour of the island, showing us otherwise unknown areas of the island. Their vehicles were always clean and ready to go. Can't recommend them enough!

We use this company three times during our vacation. They provided transportation from the airport to our hotel and then our hotel to the port for boarding our cruise. Both rides were exceptional with our driver, Antonio. On the return trip we had several hours to kill before boarding our flight. I had requested a tour of the city and Juan delivered. He was very patient with our large party (grandparents, parents, kids and a baby!). He showed us several sites around the city and took us to a unique restaurant where the locals dined. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for transportation while in San Juan!
