Francis was very friendly and helpful. He is a very polite person, friendly and very willing. Always punctual, made our trip very pleasant! He's a great driver. I usually get dizzy and this was not the case. Drive safely and serenely! I totally recommend it!
Francisco is an excellent driver, very professional and he truly made our first trip to Mendoza more enjoyable. I can’t recommend him enough to have a seamless, less stressful experience in this beautiful wine regions. He is very flexible to adjust around the customers needs and schedule. Francisco was great! He gave some great suggestions for wineries prior to our arrival in Mendoza, which made it easy to plan our day. He communicated with us prior to picking us up and was very punctual.
Our driver was lovely. I had to argue with the company for the flexibility due to a flight change. We were bumped from one flight onto another against our choosing but then they argued that the flight itself wasn’t cancelled (even though we were kicked off it due to over booking by the airline) . But after much discussion they agreed to the new time and the drive was awesome
