I arrived in Panama on Wednesday, 3/25/26 and my suggested p/u time was 4p due to a 145p arrival; however, going through Customs was breezy and I had checked through with luggage by 230p. I contacted the Agent and noted I was ready to be picked up, and the most kind and professional driver was there within minutes to get me. Not only that; I left my jacket in the provider's car and after calling Viator to report; Viator contacted the provider, who confirmed I left in his car. The good news is, Viator confirmed my jacket would be returned the next day (Thursday) and it was returned as promised. The service offered by Viator is impeccable!
Driver was good. Panama airport was confusing. We ended in Terminal 1 and needed to get to terminal 2 to meet up with our driver.
They were GREAT and SO accommodating. My flight was VERY delayed, 7hrs to be exact. So, we landed after midnight as opposed to 5pm. They held a druver over to be able to pick us up after hours to deliver us safely to our hotel. I was so at ease arriving with my daughter and NOT worrying sbout fighting through the "TAXI" lanes.
