Description
Transfer service at an excellent cost-benefit ratio for those returning from vacation in Rio de Janeiro. We accept individual reservations, couples, families and small groups of up to 4 passengers. We provide child transport seats at no additional cost in 3 models. However, they need to be scheduled according to availability for the times.

Pickup Locations & Times
Total duration: From 1 to 2 hours Depending on traffic conditions. Reservation made over the internet with automatic scheduling subject to availability for the date and time. Our tour guide driver will be waiting at your hotel or AirB&B at the scheduled time with a reception sign in your name. He will make your return to GIG airport or SDU airport or Porto Píer Mauá and help you with your luggage and check in with the company. We suggest scheduling your return at least 1 hour before the time you want to arrive at the airport. For security reasons, we do not access Risk areas. This product is intended for the return of passengers from the neighborhoods of Zonal Sul, Centro, Barra da Tijuca, Jacarepaguá. Maximum 4 passengers + 5 travel bags.

I contacted RTT to schedule a return transfer between airport/hotel in Copacabana - From the first moment the service was pleased to me because it was clear, professional and with all the information I needed to know, arrange or pay. The service both on the go (with Mr. Luiz) and on the return (with Agostinho) were excellent, both were punctual, very friendly and safe, especially at the exit from the hotel to SDU that Agostinho came to pick us up at 4 pm. Extremely professional service. We needed a transfer to Galeão with a baby chair and luggage space. Augustine was our driver. Extremely attentive and professional. He took us to the airport, parked the car and helped us with the suitcase until departure. I didn't expect that! I recommend everyone!

Driver was personable thoughtful and so very accommodating. Way beyond any driver I ever experienced. He interpreted was savvy with the needs for embarkation and stayed the course until customs. I was blown away.

During our visit to Rio, we used this service twice. Once from the cruise port to our hotel in Copacabana and a couple days later from our hotel to the airport. From the start, Fabiana and here team were excellent. Any messages sent to her were answered promptly and she made every effort to accommodate us. During this trip, we were traveling with a disabled person who was dependent on very heavy and bulky electric wheelchair. Fabiana worked with us to ensure our transportation needs were met. On both trips, both drivers were kind and compassionate with assisting and accommodating this individual. My opinion of Fabiana and her company is nothing but positive, and if we ever return to the Rio area, I will not hesitate to book with Rio Taxi and Transfer again. Thank you for your great service. You helped greatly with a very difficult transportation situation.
