Our original driver did not wait for us. When we arrived at Copenhagen Airport and were standing at baggage claimthere was a text that the driver was there. We contacted the driver to let him know we were waiting for our bags at the carousel. When we came out to the arrivals hall, we did not see the driver when we contacted the number that was provided to us the office. Let us know that the original driver had departed and could not wait. We had to wait an additional 15 to 20 minutes for a new driver to be dispatched.
Our flight was delayed 2.5 hours, but our driver still met us when we arrived. Was polite and got us to our hotel quickly after a long day flying.
