FINDING YOUR DRIVER INSTRUCTIONS FOR PICK UP AT VENICE AIRPORT: Exit INTO the arrivals hall and proceed to the area outside Customs located on the ground floor where your driver/representative will be waiting holding a sign with your name on it. Identify yourself by showing your voucher to the Supplier, for whom we act as a booking agent. In the event of delays over 60 minutes on arrival you must call the supplier. There are 60 minutes wait time included from your landing/disembarkation time. INSTRUCTIONS FOR PICK UP IN PIAZZALE ROMA - VENICE CAR TERMINAL: Your driver/representative will be waiting holding a sign with your name on it in front of the restaurant "Al Vinatier". Identify yourself by showing your voucher to the Supplier, for whom we act as a booking agent. In the event of delays over 15 minutes on arrival you must call the supplier. There are 15 minutes wait time included.

Driver right where he said he would be even though our flight was somewhat delayed. But no problem. It’s not a short drive, so be prepared—car was very comfortable, driver excellent. Would highly recommend, not inexpensive, the comfort and no stress knowing your driver is there for you is worth it.

We were told we could bring 8 bags and each additional bag would be 20 euros. When we got to our drop off they were charging us for 6 extra bags when we only had 2 each bags. They were trying to charge us for the back packs that the driver never touched. We only paid for 4 extra bags which was a total scam.
Dear guest, as per our chat conversation, you requested to bring additional luggage, specifically 4large suitcases. A customized quote was provided, as you were using an extra-long van, and you accepted our tailor made offer. Your attempt to request a refund now appears to us to be extremely dishonest, both in form and content. The best thing about this experience was just the ease of getting to and from where we needed to be with experienced drivers. Everyone was on time. Everyone knew where to go. It just took the guess work out of everything. With the air Canada strike we had to book alternative transportation which led to a 24 hour travel day. Needless to say we were exhausted when we arrived to Venice. But our driver was there and took us to a van nearby. To then a water taxi that was waiting. And we arrived seamlessly at the hotel. Then the reverse happened when we had to leave to catch our cruise to Ravenna. 10/10!!!

Our driver was amazing! So friendly and helpful for our drive down from Venice to Ravenna. They were so attentive to assure we got picked up on time and where we wanted to. I will definitely use their services again when back there.
