It was a great experience!! Lucas was my driver and he was at the airport right on time. I wasn’t sure what time we’d be done through customs but it was quick! I really appreciated Lucas being there and us not having to wait!!

The driver was extremely patient with us in how long it took to get out of the airport after landing. We were meet at the airport exit with our name on the sign. Not sure of our drivers name but he drove safely and was very funny.

Booked this as we prefer to take private transport to and from the airport when we go to a new country. The gentleman who picked us up was very nice and was driving a minibus. But the seatbelts didn’t work and the dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree. For the return trip however, we were picked up in a tiny car. The trunk would only fit our checked bags so our carryons had to be stacked in the front seat and we had to hold our backpacks in our laps. It was a very uncomfortable ride and we feel we would have been better off just taking an Uber.

For the return transfer, as the reservation was for two passengers, a sedan vehicle was assigned, which is normally sufficient for this number of travelers. Vehicle assignments are based on the number of passengers confirmed in the booking. In cases where extra or oversized luggage is being transported, it is important to inform us in advance so we can arrange a larger vehicle and apply the corresponding costs for special requests. We regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our processes and enhance the passenger experience.
Excellent communication by the company. They arrived early even though our flight arrived earlier than expected. Provided a full van to transport family and luggage. Highly recommended.
