Driver was polite, on time, and communicated very well because we disembarked from a cruise, and we had to go to a designated area for pick up. Worth the price for Viators service.

Michael arrived at cruise port on time and port was crazy! He made sure we knew where he was and which vehicle to look for through all the cruise port chaos. He had water waiting in the case we needed it. He was friendly and made our ride very pleasant and comfortable. I highly recommend this company for transportation needs. The ride was large, clean and comfortable. But he was 30 minutes late. We started texting 2 hours before our departure time. So it didn’t make any sense. And he didn’t provide an explanation.
The driver, Manuel Medina, was very courteous and on time. He was efficient with our bags and very helpful loading and off loading passengers and luggage. I hope he serves us on our return trip.
We received a text saying our transportation was on its way, then the driver changed due to not being able to arrive on time. I made three calls to get an explanation and time of arrival. Unlike our last transfer , who gave us water and said hi to the children, this one put down Viator.and asked for more money. Wanting to just make our flight with our large family we paid.
