Nice ride to BKK from an earlier flight coming into DMK. Directions on where to meet driver could be improved (the instructions on Viator were different than that texted by operator). I also wandered around because they weren't waiting inside with a sign like most do. The driver was friendly, although his phone crashed right before arrival and we had to make an educated guess on where to go (I was getting dropped off at an airport hotel, not a terminal). All in all, I would book again for a similar transfer. The car was clean with bottled warernon offer.
Good service. I had to wait for the driver a little, he was not in the hall with a sign, but thanks to a good wifi connection we could communicate with the dispatcher.
