Very friendly and helpful staff. They are always smiling.

This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed at anywhere. The staff is kind and helpful. The housekeeping staff helped to have all of the items that I needed for my room--extra hangers and they took away chairs that I did not need so I have more room to walk and dance in my room. Purnima in the bakery has a great smile. She is also very friendly and courteous I especially like the wel pennela porridge at the breakfast buffet.
