Transfer Airport - Hotel or vice versa

The driver was friendly, but he arrived late, and. Wearing a sleeveless shirt seemed too casual and informal; it did not reflect the service of a transportation company. I expected something more professional. It was fine that we arrived at our destination, and he was helpful, but I did not like it because at first glance, not seeing him in uniform made me feel distrustful. He did not have a badge or anything visible indicating he was from a company, which made me doubt and distrust whether he was our service. However, his attitude was kind and service-oriented, which was very good, but I would not hire him again.
