Start the tour at the main steps of Vilnius Train Station, where your guide (with a yellow sign, umbrella, or bag) will organize train tickets for the group
Begin the experience on the train with beautiful views and relaxed conversation as you travel toward Trakai.
Upon arrival, walk through the surrounding landscape, learn about Trakai’s early history, and admire its unique wooden architecture. Hear the story of the Karaim people and visit their neighborhood
Enjoy some free time for pictures and consider the option to try Karaim's traditional cuisine. Choose to stay longer and explore on your own with your return ticket, or walk back to the station with the guide to return to Vilnius by 4:00 PM. If you are tired to walk back to the train station, the guide will explain how to use local transport - public bus or boat ride (2-5eur).
