I didn’t expect it at all. Drinking is not included, not even water. I would not recommend it. I'm so sorry about that.
The show is practically non-existent with the musicians always pausing. If you think that most tourist restaurants offer music for free, this package has no reason to be proposed. The food just enough as quality, questionable quantity!
The address provided was wrong We had to phone, not easy to have a person , after several attempts we had a charming person who could guide us...
Booked on the occasion of Christmas Eve, the restaurant room is friendly, the unique menu offered on this occasion was very good (goulash / candied duck leg with crushed potatoes and red cabbage / stuffed pancake and chocolate) and the very friendly gypsy musical atmosphere and very pleasant service team. Qualitative meal very appreciated by the whole family!
Very warm welcome Very good, authentic and hearty meal Music and friendly atmosphere I recommend!
Very nice family restaurant and musical band. Happy to support a small business and enjoy the culture. Hosts were friendly, skip lunch because this dinner was a hearty ration of Hungarian cuisine.
Delicious food…nice quality and plentiful. Kind attentive staff. Wonderful music…they even took requests …we enjoyed the cookslittle daughter
The music was excellent as was the friendly service of the staff. The atmosphere was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our time.
I was disappointed to find that the restaurant staff weren't expecting me and that the gypsy music, therefore, wasn't arranged (the final evening of my trip). However, the staff still served a three course dinner of my choice, including a drink. The only other diners were three large groups, which meant I had to sit on my own, away from everyone. That being said, I enjoyed trying a raspberry gazpacho for the first time and thw duck and mash went down a treat. The courses came out immediately after one another though, which made it harder to fully enjoy the food, so I could hardly manage the strudel dessert. That is not a reflection on the quality of the food, which was great. Portions were more generous than I've seen of other gourmet meals I've had elsewhere. Endré made sur either was seen after for the whole meal and Ag, the owner, did personally apologise for the mix up and to check whether there was anything else she could do the make up for it. I wasn't so full, I'd have probably tried another dessert, purely out of curiosity.
This event was a wonderful experience, The food was delicious and the atmosphere was incredibly warm and inviting. The menu offerings were diverse, you could try out the typical traditinal hungarian cuisine. The live Gypsy music added a magical touch to the evening,
