Description
It is differentiated by the speed of the boat, so that we will save more time in navigation and will have much more time to enjoy the Islands, sharing experiences with the locals, and also take an optional ride in local transport.

Once we arrive at the port we will get on the fast boat and enjoy a short trip to the Islands. First we will arrive at Los Uros where you will love to visit two Floating Islands! And besides, you can have fun jumping in the totora. The guide will tell you how they build the Islands.
At the end of the visit in the Uros, we will return to the boat to go to the island of Taquile, during the trip you can try different poses for your photos and without realizing it we will have already reached Taquile! a charming and very quiet island away from the stress of the bustle of the city. We will go up to the square of the island and there we will know the textile factory that is considered Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. and from where we can appreciate the immensity of one of the highest navigable lakes in the world. At approximately 1 in the afternoon you will enjoy a delicious lunch consisting of a rich quinoa soup and as a main dish you will have "fried trout" directly from the lake to your plate accompanied by fried potatoes and rice, if you are a vegetarian then you can order " Omelett ”which also comes with French fries and rice. Now we will go down to the port to return to Puno and end our tour at approximately 3:30 pm. We hope you dare to live it!

Pickup Locations & Times
We will pick up the passengers in the different hotels in the center of Puno between 6.50 and 7.20 am, according to the hotel. We will tell you an exact time. Remember that your hotel has to be in the center of the city, if your hotel is far away, do not worry! We can send you a mobility for an additional charge.

It was a very unique experience - The tour guide was great ! The only negative was the climb to restaurant - I had a cold and altitude sickness - once we reach the restaurant the food was amazing !!!

This tour was fantastic. It was a beautiful sunny day, and I really enjoyed sitting up on the deck as the boat sped along. One precaution, wear lots of sunscreen. The sun’s rays are much more intense at high altitude. Anyway, the visit to Uros Island was fascinating. We learned a lot from the highly informative and humorous presentation on the life and culture of the floating island people. And the walk around Taquile Island was very pleasant, with breathtaking scenery and a great trout lunch. I highly recommend this tour.
