Excellent experience, great service
Tour met our expectations, we arrived on a good schedule, the tour buses still did not arrive, so there were few people. I make special mention of Mirna who helped and guided us in every moment or doubt we had. We would definitely choose this tour again.
They contacted me the night before to confirm the pickup time, which I really appreciated. The team was very punctual and even kindly waited a few minutes when I was running late. The tour guide was highly knowledgeable and shared fascinating historical insights throughout the experience. I also appreciated having plenty of time to explore and take photos at my own pace. Overall, it was a very well-organized and enjoyable tour.
Excellent experience and good communication. Very punctual and clear and they make my experience amazing!
I’ve used Viator before with great satisfaction in Egypt and elsewhere world-wise, but the system failed entirely for this tour. Viator charged my account but, over three days; I repeatedly tried (by phone call, what’s app, text, email and app messaging ) to rach the local tour operator to confirm the pick up details. I never got a single response. I woke at 3 am to be ready for original 4 am pick up time but the pick up never came and I never got contacted by operator. I expect a full refund and other compensation from Viator.
The trip was amazing, the van to go was on time, really good, and the rout was very nice. George Adel and Emad did a wonderful job by keeping sure, all the trip everyone was comfortable, and explaining all the details about Egipt, Aswan and Abu Simbel, in order to get there to know and recognize all the history and details of the temples. Highly recommended!!
The bus arrived right on time to pick us up. Mirna, the agency representative, came into our hotel and stayed with us until the bus arrived, which was very thoughtful. The bus itself was comfortable and well-maintained. When we reached our destination, Mirna guided us to the ticket counter since our tour package didn’t include the tickets. He then introduced us to our tour guide, explained where and when we would meet him at the end of the tour, and made sure everything was clear before leaving. He was attentive and helpful throughout. Our guide, Mohammed Ibrahim, was truly the highlight of the trip. His energy and enthusiasm were contagious—he’s passionate, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. I enjoyed every moment of the tour. Although he didn’t accompany us inside the temples, he gave us a thorough explanation using pictures and detailed descriptions, which enriched the experience.
The tour was good but beware of the timing .They said 8 hours but we came back hotel after 11 hours as a result we missed our next schedule.
Its a very long Trip (3,5 h one way) and than just visiting for 2 hours. Also the Tourguides were 20 Minuten late and i would wish for more interesting knowledge. The Guy was funny and the bus was ok.
I was worried if they would pick me up, so I communicated with them beforehand on the What's App and they picked me up without any problems. Ours was a small group of 5 people in 3 groups, and we picked up each group from 4:00 to 4:30, and arrived safely after 8:00 with a toilet break along the way. After waiting for ticket buyers and pre-guided tour, we entered the temple from 9am to 10am, but it was good because it was hot in the middle of summer and relatively empty. On the way back, I had no problem and was dropped off at the hotel around 14:00. I think this is a good value tour for money for those who want to do it themselves in their free time, with only a transfer and a little guide in advance!
