I would totally give them 6 or more stars if possible. I booked the tour for 3 of us, but was only able to do it myself. My daughter was not allowed to fly because she's very young and light, and the wind was really blowing that day, and while this was disappointing to her (and me), the fact that they denied her because of safety issues speaks tons about their professionalism and responsibility. My experience was great, but the fact that they prefer to lose the extra $$ for safety reasons as in this case, was really impressive. Booked the tour including pick-up/drop-off and a stop at the Mirador de la Panchocha. Geulis, the driver who picked us up was also very professional, friendly, made us feel extremely confident and made the whole experience so much better. Not only would I 110% recommend booking this activity with them, if I'm back in Medellin, I will certainly be doing it again!!!
Such a fun experience! If anyone is on the fence, I strongly encourage you to book the trip! My pilot, Esteban, was professional and easy going. He answered all my questions. 10/10 want to do this again!
