We took the one hour boat ride around Ortigia, and it was a full, wonderful experience. Our guide was informative, eager to share his experience and knowledge of the area, and great fun to be with. We learned a little about the history and architecture of the area, visited the sea caves, and even had time for a refreshing swim.
Excursion took place on June 4, 2026. My travel companions and I had completely overlooked the detail of arriving 20 minutes early, but the guys were so kind and accommodating, not only allowing us to join the tour an hour later but also giving us a practically "private" trip with just the three of us on one boat. A huge thank you goes to Sebastiano, who was able to share many interesting facts about Syracuse and Ortigia, in addition to taking us to see some wonderful caves. A marvel that fills the eyes and the heart, truly! It was also very pleasant to chat with him. Thank you on behalf of all three of us and greetings from Turin!!
Superb experience! I recommend it, a great value for money. Thanks to our guide Sebi :)
Beautiful experience and absolutely recommended. The tour of the Island of Ortigia and the sea caves was pleasant, well organized, and full of truly picturesque views. The sea, the caves, and the view of Syracuse from the water make the excursion special. Friendly and professional staff, relaxed atmosphere, and very well-managed timing. A perfect activity to experience Ortigia from a different perspective.
Beautiful experience with attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable staff
An experience of total relaxation, interesting, and very kind staff!
A unique experience, highly recommended.
What a fun boat trip! Our captain was informative and also had us laughing. It was a wonderful way to see the city from a different perspective. So glad we went!
Great experience to discover Syracuse. Perfect organization and super guide who is committed to discovering the history and beautiful landscapes of the region. I recommend closed eyes
Thomas was a well-informed captain and tour guide. Not warm enough for a swim, but it should be great in the summer.
