If you are coming from another area and selecting Downtown Los Angeles as your meeting point for the tour, we recommend the following pickup locations: • Indigo Hotel • Sheraton Grand Los Angeles • DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles Downtown Hotel-Specific Pickup Instructions: • Biltmore Hotel: Pickup is located on Olive Street. • Delphi Hotel: Pickup is located on the Flower Street side of the hotel. • Hilton Los Angeles Airport (LAX): Pickup is located at the alley entrance near the concierge doors. • Hyatt Regency LAX: Pickup is located at the back entrance of the hotel, not on the Century Boulevard side. For all other hotels, we’ll meet you at your hotel’s main entrance or valet pickup area. If your hotel has vehicle access restrictions, we’ll send you a message with a nearby, safe pickup spot. Driver was extremely flexible with our schedule since we did not get to see the farmers market due to the World Cup. He was also very knowledgeable about the city.
Van was clean. Water cold and plentiful. Driver was great and very personable. The tour itself was boring. We were not happy that we were in the van with multiple pick up stops. So an hour on the van before the tour ever started. We signed up for 3-4 hours not all day. This took our entire day. Stops advertised were done - but there was no time to actually shop, eat…without feeling rushed. We saw every “oldest” there was to see- and what we truly thought we were signing up for was to see the sparkle & glamour of Hollywood & Beverly Hills.
On holiday from Australia chose to do a day tour of LA witb LA VIP Tours. Selected the wrong location for pick up and called. Exceptional service Shawn the tour guide detoured back to pick me up so grateful he ensured for me the day would still happen.
