Nothing like the description
They did not pick us up at the address indicated on the reservation and instructions given to us. The operator could not provide a physical address to meet at. It was NOT a tour! It’s just boat ride. It was also not an hour as noted. The boat was not as described and made it hard to get pictures.

Beautiful wood boat...
Beautiful wood boat through the Grand canal of Venice. The tour operator is very helpful. I accidentally booked this on the wrong day and they were able to reschedule in 10 minutes with no problems!
