I really enjoyed this tour. The stories about Toledo were interesting without feeling like a history lesson, and the part about marzipan was especially fun. The tour was easy to follow and I realy enjoyed the ability to go on my own with my reathem and not having to follow a group.
Great audio tour with a clear route and interesting stories. We discovered quiet streets and little details we would have missed on our own. The navigation was easy to follow, and we loved exploring at our own pace. Start early in summer to avoid the heat.
Johanna, the guide is very knowledgeable and easy to listen to. The tour was easy to follow. We learned so many historic details about Toledo. The tour took us longer than we expected, so plan for some additional time to explore some of the sites Johanna talks about.

Lovely self-guided tour, easy to follow and full of interesting stories. I especially liked the Jewish Quarter and the small details I would have missed on my own. A great way to understand Toledo beyond the main sights.
Great tour. Interesting and easy to following
I really enjoyed this audio tour of Toledo. The route was easy to follow and the stories made the city feel much more alive and mysterious. Two moments I especially loved were learning about the “memento mori” and the chains hanging outside the monastery. The tour mixes history, legends and small details in a really engaging way and made me notice places I would have walked past otherwise. 🏆🪷🏆🪷🏆🪷🏆
This audio tour was a wonderful way to discover Toledo. I especially loved the stories about the Jewish Quarter and the hidden details you would normally miss while walking through the city. One of my favorite moments was learning about the tiny arch connected to the old Jewish area. The tour made the history feel alive while still being easy and fun to follow.
Toledo really came alive for us in the audio tour. The route was easy to follow, even for people as hopeless at directions as my friends and me, and it took us through beautiful streets and important historical sites. It was nice learning the city's history from stories. I suggest you start early and wear comfy shoes. The streets were kind of steep.
