Meeting place was easy to find. Transport on the bus is comfortable. Toledo is a beautiful city and the religious history is very interesting. Our tour guide Roberto seemed to be ill as he kept coughing. He provided the tour in English and Spanish. You wear an earpiece to hear in all the areas. We did the full day but felt very rushed through the cathedral where the most amount of things to see happened to be. I wish I would have opted for the private tour. Also be aware this tour is really not for you if you have any walking disability as it is a lot of walking over various uneven paths with occasional slight inclines.
An overall pleasant tour of Toledo! For reference, we did the 1/2 day tour and certainly felt like we got a good overview of the highlights Our guide had plenty of information and was very well spoken about the history of the various sights and “Easter eggs” of Toledo. Additionally, we had wanted to purchase some souvenirs for friends and he was candid about whether or not what we were buying would be a good deal. From that conversation, later in the tour he also directed us to the swords/daggers/etc from Toledo’s last master swordsmith which was really cool! Other than that, one minor piece of feedback, since the streets are so narrow and there are cars constantly going through, we would sometimes be blocked off from the rest of the group and would need to run to catch up. I respect staying on schedule, but having the guide occasionally pause to ensure everyone is still following, or having some kind of tall marker to see the group from the distance, might be beneficial to some.
Beautiful little trip through Toledo! A formidable experience at the hands of Susana, who is very warm in her treatment and clear in her explanations
Susana is an excellent guide I recommend very much
Jorge Torres is an incredible guide! Interesting, full of knowledge, and kept the information fun. It really was like walking around with a local. I can’t wait to come back and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone!
Good half day tour although our guide was Spanish / English speaking and we felt most of the trip was spoken in Spanish. A more balanced translation would of been more suitable.
Toledo is beautiful. The excursion was very nice and Susana was an excellent guide.
Susana was very good, friendly, and explains things very well.
This was a very enjoyable learning experience as well as visually pleasing with the variety of historical monuments and assorted buildings. Jorge Torres was a great guide; patient, informative, and professional; an asset to Julià Travels.
Excellent, Susana is the best!. She knows a lot
