Fail

Guide failed to show or cancel. Got full refund, but was waste of valuable time. Emailed after that daughter was hospitalized. I guess the dig ate his homework often.

Operator response

Dear Bradley, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the cancellation of your tour. Unfortunately, I experienced an unexpected family medical emergency that made it impossible for me to operate the tour. I completely understand your disappointment and appreciate your patience. Your full refund was processed immediately, but I know that doesn't make up for the time you lost. I truly hope you'll give me the opportunity to welcome you back to Tirana in the future and provide the experience you originally expected. Thank you, and I wish you safe travels.

Amazing Tour of Tirana!

I really enjoyed this intro to Tirana. Often you don't go inside places on walking tours, but we entered churches, mosques, and went to the top of the Pyramid. We were given excellent recommendations for food, bars, nightlife and museums we should go. I highly recommend taking this tour!
