We offer pickup in Tirana, Durrës, and Golem. Please note that due to narrow streets and limited vehicle access in some hotel areas, you may need to walk 3–7 minutes to a nearby meeting point that we will share with you. Eli, our driver and guide was awesome. He was knowledgeable and cared to make sure that we saw everything promised on the itinerary. His pride about his excellence at what he does was obvious. The Benz van was in terrific shape. Drivers on the road were crazy but Eli’s ever vigilant and expert driving made the trip safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this tour to all those interested.
I booked through Viator, money accepted, booking confirmed, messages sent to the tour operator and had no reply. The following day, more messages sent, no reply. I called them… “you can do it day after tomorrow” (I am going home the following day) “there is nothing I can do” Refunded. It should not take myself to notify the tour operator that I am waiting to be picked up. If you see this company, do not book them! There are plenty of others out there and go above and beyond for you. This company is not the one.
