Boat Sailing around the Parana Delta Islands in Tigre. - On the way to Tigre, 30 km away from Buenos Aires, you will visit the residential suburbs in the north of the city. - Next, Tigre. The organizer does not pay attention to opening hours, the tour does not keep what it promises. In Puerto de Frutas almost all shops were closed. The Museo de Bellas Artes was closed at the time of the tour. An accidental double booking that was complained about on the same day was not refunded. This organizer is not recommended.

The tour was made under a maritime workers' strike which we told you in advance and you agreed to take it under these circunstances, knowing that sailing would not be provided. We instantly gave you a partial refund of 30% to compensate it. The visit to the museum is not included in our tour. Regarding a double booking, you made two bookings and decided to cancel one on your own with less than 24 hours in advance and cancellations policies by Viator were applied. Cordially, Carlos
Basically toured the harbor river area on muddy inlet River with no true interesting landmarks Bus seat very small

We were expecting a river tour and it was bus and river. We didn't like it, very bland, the walk in the regular park, we didn't stop and we didn't see anything from inside the islands

We picked the lunch option. They picked us up and said they would drop us off down the street from our hotel at 2:00 for lunch at a restaurant. I thought lunch would be on the water in the area we were going. We were picked up at 7:00 and it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to pick up the other guests before leaving the city. It was almost 2 hours before we got to the boat. I asked to cancel the lunch option. They canceled it without a refund. Not our best day in Buenos Aires.

Good tour, but the leal came at 2pm , extremely poor. No starter for vegetarian, steak with 30% fat. And cold fries.. No options just set menu with icecream which was tasteless. Lest 90% of meal . We spent $80 for meals , but not even worth $20.

When we talk about a grill restaurant in our country, it means meat. We could have provided another restaurant but one of you ate meat so we made our best to provide a vegetarian option at the grill restaurant. Everything went fine and the guide was very personable. We could use a little more time at Fruitport but it was ok. We had a good time.

Very informative booked the tor through Viator never used this company before Highley recommend we had Emails where and when pick up would be times and everything we needed to know

We enjoyed the boat tour of the delta. So unusual. The optional meal was delicious. The picture and “ smart casual” dress was misleading. Old boat with lots of people. Guide Jessica was very good. Answered many questions for us.
