I did the online booking through trip advisor. They deducted the amount from my account. The booking and payment was confirmed by them. I printed the ticket and kept it with me. When I went to see the tiffany show I presented the ticket and it was not accepted. They said that they do not have any booking confirmation. So I missed the show. Now I'm following up for my refund. Therefore, I would suggect to book through their own website or you can purchase them from the agents shops located in Pattaya.
