We were late: stuck in traffic much longer than anticipated ! Then at 5:20 we were not admitted although we showedour tickets, tickets wereno longer valid! After staying in traffic more than an hour , we were so angry !
Exorbitantly expensive without any guide. The problem I have with you is my tickets to the anthropology museum. They were sent by PDF not to Apple wallet was very hard to communicate. The digital guide was really nothing for his amount of money that it was you need to offer something for the added money that you charge anthropology Museum debacle makes me never want to use you again especially AAA. I’d love to go to Calo Museum, but had I gotten tickets in time I wouldn’t have had to pay so much extra.
The museum itself is fantastic and a must see! The ticket vendor was not great. I was sent tickets for a different time slot than the one I had chosen and had a very difficult time getting ahold of him. He would turn his WhatsApp on and off so when I really needed the tickets, I could not get them - extremely frustrating!
We missed our time window due to an address issue as I was directed to Diego Rivera museum and they would not honor my tickets. The place seemed empty and they would not offer any help despite having already paid for tickets and they were closing within the hour and it was raining outside. I tried to reason with them as we were foreigners and this was our only chance to visit but very rude employees. Visto did not give explicit directions as to where to go. Had you given a direct address this would not have happened. I probably will not use visitor again to book any activities
Extremely poor experience. The tour operator was completely unresponsive despite several attempts to contact them, and Viator’s assistance was inadequate. This lack of support left me unable to resolve my issue. I will not use this company again and would not recommend it to anyone.
They should know, that if they book with your company, they must double check the starting time. I booked a time slot at 16:00 and also received the confirmation for this time. The actual starting time was at 16:30h. I got this information at the entry…👎🏻
It's not worth the money. Too far away
Y&D never sent tickets and refused to respond to emails and phone calls. Tour operator canceled with no explanation the night before the tour.
The museums themselves were a great experience but the organization and communication about the activity were confusing. It wasn’t clear they’re self-guided and the meeting point was misleading because the FK museum has a specified entry time whereas the DR museum doesn’t so the proper order should be suggested instead of left to the tourists.
Grateful to have gotten tickets just a few days before the tour! Sold out weeks in advance on site! A not-to-miss visit!
