Departing from either Icon Siam or Asiatique, this cruise combines cultural exploration, fine dining, and spectacular views for an unforgettable evening on the river. Asiatique is a large open air market with many excellent restaurants, shopping areas, an enormous ferris wheel and more. This is the Departure and Arrival point for White Orchid cruise.

- If there is a low or high tide, the cruise may not pass certain landmarks. This is beyond our control and for the safety of the guests and no refunds will be given.
- White Orchid has a random seating policy. Seats assigned be inside (air conditioning) or outside in the open air. Requests can be made but not guaranteed.
- Please note that this is a food only menu. Beverages can be purchased on board and added to the master bill as per consumption.
- Pier Boarding - We suggest that you arrive early as the pier can be very busy during the boarding process
- Food - Please note that food stations are on all levels on the cruise ship

We had such a great time on the White Orchid Dinner Cruise! The boat had a really fun and lively vibe, with music, dancing, and some great live performances. The buffet had lots of options with free beer and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Cruising along the river at night was just beautiful — seeing all the city lights and famous landmarks was a real highlight. Party atmosphere, but with plenty of people. We didn't have much time to enjoy the landscapes because the dinner and the party made us "left" from the outside environment. For those who like party and advisable.

Great entertainment and food. Nice way to start the Bangkok trip. People do get a little pushy when the buffet opens

Dont take this trip, worst thing you can do! We were placed at lower deck and there was the worst smell ever + it’s buffet and looked terrible!!. We jumped off immediately after we saw this. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

After checking, please can you advise us; 1) Why have you never told your waiter you wanted to move. 2) Why did you not request the upper deck at booking 3) Why have you not brought this up to our office or told any staff on the night ? We understand how disappointing it must have been, and we deeply regret the issues you described regarding the seating and buffet however before advising others not to book, you need to allow the cruise an opportunity to solve problems not leave a review without any proof. We lucked out with fireworks over the river but ….. for our last night in Bangkok it was a bit disappointing. Stressful finding ticket collection point - instructions on documentation. It very clear. Quieting for the Boat - not clear !!!! No information . What can only be described as ‘fight for survival’ to get food. No choice of inside or outside seating with booking. Not my a window so couldn’t see anything. Just a lack of information. But we got to see the fireworks and found a fun place to sit as Asiatique for drinks before the boat. Such a shame - we are not serial whingers !!! We usually have a great experience with out Viator bookings.

Dazzling lights and the colourful view of the city by night was fabulous and most memorable. Viator as a leasure agency has demonstrated high level of proficiency in the presentation of the product and has shown efficiency in coordinating the ticket sale. Some constructive concerns in the hope for attention: The vessel lacked luster and eligence for international market. There was a serious negligence on client safety on the top deck. The visitors were left to selfe awareness of the fatal violation of the head clearance when boat is passing under the bridge structure. There is serious lack of due diligence to the personnel safety. From a personnel safety point of view, exposure of visitors to the prospects of a fatal injury is unacceptable. There are many factors that can contribute to the visitors missing the call to duck down when passing under the bridge. There is loud music, there is inadequate lighting, there is lack of awareness in the midst of celebration. Thank you for your attention to this safety issue. Blessings to all in Christ. The White Orchid Cruise provided us with a delightful dining experience. It was a wonderful opportunity to spend quality time with my family and we all had a great time. The cruise was definitely worth the cost as the food was delicious and the staff was attentive and friendly. Additionally, we were able to enjoy the stunning scenery of Bangkok while on board. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.
