Wonderful experience! Our tour group got to experience walking the set of Back to the Future, “Central Park”, the streets of NYC and London, and also a sound stage. Brogan and Victor were funny, engaging, and had an amazing trove of fun facts and knowledge. VIP is more than skipping the line, because on a couple rides there were separate VIP entrances/lines, which was really cool.
This is, hands-down, the best way to crush the park in one day! My seven-year-old and I had one day to do Universal, and VIP helped me enjoy the park just as much as she did because I didn't have to be head-down on my phone planning our next stop the whole time. Our guide, Billy, was EPIC for making this an incredible experience for both of us. His energy is contagious, and he made everything magical for our visit! If you have a chance to request a guide, request Billy! He's so great!
Although our guide treated us very well, explaining things in Spanish that we did not understand. The tour was conducted entirely in English. To consider it a VIP experience, there should be an option to do it in Spanish. There used to be an option, but it has been removed. Most of our group were Spanish speakers.
Amazing universal tour with knowledgeable and personable guides such as ours, Patrick. Unbelievable access to rides that would have taken us 3 days to experience with normal waiting lines. Private and very tasty sit down lunch with characters coming in and wandering around tables. We had a baby dinosaur puppeteer and Dracula! Only negative was only two restrooms at lunch and one was not operational so big lineup for one toilet.
It is important to book such a tour in advance. While some simulations may not be spectacular, the reduced waiting time, the tour with Robert and Mike, as well as the menu, are worth every cent. Great tour and quite interesting simulators, as well as all the additional information, simply make it top-notch and successful. A small bittersweet note: You will not find important vehicles from series and movies here. They are in a separate museum in Hollywood. Unfortunately, there is no indication of that here. Such a thing would have been another top highlight. Well, it was a great day from 10:45 AM to 5:00 PM in the hills. Thank you.
Full day with plenty of action and information. Chris made us all feel comfortable and satisfied. The tour being divided among “site” seeing and rides/shows was well planned
The VIP experience is always worth the money. Our tour guide were amazing. Breakfast and lunch are always excellent.
We bought VIP tickets and although it seems expensive it does include parking, breakfast and lunch as well as fast track onto rides. You are taken round by a tour guide in small groups for the day who are just amazing. The food was really nice and good quality. I can’t recommend this tour enough, it was absolutely worth the money and I would do the tour again. We all had the most amazing day.
We had a great guide, Bobby. He was extremely knowledgeable of the Park and movie history.. He was delightful and charming. While the package was a little pricey, it was worth every sentence.
Fabulous experience and worth every penny! Tyler, our guide was amazing. If you’re on the fence jump off and get this package…highly recommend!
