The Ultimate Private Bordeaux Walking Tour with local treats

Description
Bordeaux is more than a beautiful city, it's a place I've proudly called home for the past 9 years. This isn't a scripted tour. It's a personal experience where I'll share not only Bordeaux's history, architecture, and local legends, but also my own journey of discovering the city and the places that made me fall in love with it. As we explore together, we'll go beyond the famous landmarks to uncover hidden gems, local favorites, and the little details that most visitors miss. My goal is for you to leave feeling like you've experienced Bordeaux with a local friend rather than simply followed a guide. On this tour, you'll enjoy: A private experience Bordeaux's iconic landmarks, history, and fascinating stories Hidden gems away from the usual tourist routes A tasting of two beloved local specialties: a traditional Canelé and a delicious Dune Blanche A passionate local guide who loves sharing the city with visitors I look forward to welcoming you and showing you the Bordeaux I love.

An excellent tour of Bordeaux, with a very good mix of history, stories, modern aspects and tasty cenele. The pacing was good and Saïd's recommendations for a cafe and (of course) a good wine shop turned out to be very good too. The logistics of meeting up with Saïd were also well managed and straightforward. Happily recommended.

My wife and I were the only guests on this tour. Said let us set the pace. He is very well versed in the history of Bordeaux and the key sites he chose for us to visit provided great backdrops for his broader history commentaries. Said is generous and personable. He was willing to go off script and answer our broader questions about France and life in Bordeaux. His English is perfect. We recommend this tour and should we return we would like to experience the other tours he offers.
