We had the most amazing experience with Baja Access - Camel Tour. Everything from transportation, check-in, photography and camel ride was absolutely perfect. Oscar and Joan were the best!

This was such an amazing experience. Reyes was our tour guide, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. The camels were lovely and well taken care of. We knew what the fees were up front and enjoyed the delicious quesadillas and Fresca. Highly recommend.

This was such a great experience! We only did the camel ride. Not the ATV which made it more personal. I loved this company because it wasn’t as commercialized. The ranch is beautiful. All the workers were incredibly kind and made sure we had a great time! The homemade quesadillas were so yummy and such a nice touch after the experience. We don’t drink so we didn’t go the tequila tasting but we were about to purchase sodas. Highly recommend!

Prices are a little high with respect to the activity and its duration. The treatment was very friendly and cordial, the staff always kept an eye on the customers and resolved questions.

This is a SCAM!!!! This was a bait and switch operation. Inexpensive until booked but then wanted to charge extra $110 USD per person for park fee. The actual park fee is only $25 USD. When canceling they charge a cancelation fee for the full amount we originally paid. So zero refund. This is a SCAM!!!!
We strongly disagree with this statement. This is not a scam. All fees, including the mandatory park and conservation fee, are clearly disclosed on the booking platform under the inclusions and exclusions section and on the ticket itself prior to confirming the reservation. We always encourage guests to carefully read all details before booking. The USD 110 fee is not a standard park entrance fee; it includes conservation fees, park operations, and services required to run the experience safely and responsibly. Regarding the cancellation, the policy is also clearly stated on the platform. The booking was canceled within the non-refundable window, which is why no refund applies. Comments like this can unfairly damage businesses when the information was clearly provided but not reviewed prior to booking. We operate transparently and only charge for services that are delivered. We regret the misunderstanding and wish you the best.
This excursion outdid my expectations! I was with my two kids and we had a great time. We were picked up from the resort an hour away; got a free UTV upgrade with the camel safari reservation, tequila tasting after and quesadillas! The ranch is beautiful, views were spectacular, the staff very friendly and professional. Overall an amazing and memorable experience!

Initial fee is in Mexican Pesos. Not very much (300 Mexican pesos) but I assumed it was only to take a picture with the camel, but when we arrived, they advised us of a conservation fee of $110.00 in US dollars. They offered to charge only $75 USD to take the picture, but we declined. This is a scam. Once they have you out there they advise you that the $110.00 is US dollars not Pesos. They charge the fee on the main page Mexican Pesos, but when you arrive they advise you that the $110.00 is USD. They are assuming that customers will just pay it because they took the ride out there. Luckily we had our own transportation, or would have had to wait for the end of the thing for a ride back. Viator should not allow for a misleading service like this on their site. Be up front and correct in the listing to begin with, and not fool customers. We have a month and a half of travel in Europe, and because of this, will not use Viator for any excursions. I will be advising my Amex and Capital One teams of this as well, as they offer Viator as a resource in consideration of reliable trustworthy service.

First, the currency (USD or MXN) is not determined by Viator or the operator, but by the settings you select in your account. Making assumptions is not the same as reading the clear inclusions and exclusions listed on the tour page — which are transparent and available to every customer before booking. Additionally, your reservation was made only 30 minutes before the activity. Our team reached out to you, explained everything, and you accepted. You also arrived at the park with 3 extra participants, although you only booked for 1. That is taking advantage of the service and is not fair to the operator nor to other guests. If your intention was only to take pictures with a camel, you should have booked a camel photo session, (we don't offer that kind of service) not a camel ride tour, and you should have booked for the correct number of participants. As tour operators, we trust that guests read the details of what they are purchasing. If you chose not to, that is your responsibility. Our team did their best to serve you with respect and professionalism, but honesty and fairness must go both ways. If I could give this excursion zero stars, I would. Please BEWARE that there is a hidden $110 per person “conservation” fee that IS NOT DIRECTLY MENTIONED ON THIS EXCURSION. It doesn’t show up until AFTER you pay for the tickets. The Tour Operator will tell you that Viator Support will refund you, and then Support will tell you that the Tour Operator has denied their request to refund you. If you are on a resort, book your excursion through them. Good luck
