This was so fun! We made friends in class and Laura is a great, friendly teacher. I’d take another class with them. Notes for other travelers: - we came during a heat wave and the studio was warm. - I didn’t know tiramisu had raw egg so pregnant women shouldn’t eat it
Bravo to our hostess, Claudia, for welcoming our group of 8 to this unforgettable experience! What a fun and educational evening - great pasta can be made from just 2 ingredients! We also loved the simplicity of making the tiramisu and how great it tasted. There was a great sense of community as we were with 2 other families from the US as well. Cooking brings us all together and it really did feel like we were all family even though we had just met. Claudia does a great job providing instruction. The house was beautiful and organized perfectly for this class. Definitely recommending to friends and co-workers!!!
Great fun to do. And because Connie was so Italian temperamental it made it extra fun. Nice recipes and easy to follow. And it tasted super good too. And the limoncello from nonna... delicious!
A lot of fun! Exciting to be able to create your own pasta, Gelato and tiramisu. Great teacher! Great energy! Positive!
We did this cooking class on our honeymoon and could not recommend it enough! Our instructor, Bruna, was excellent and talked to us not only about food, but Italian culture. We were paired up with another couple our age, and it was a great time!
In a word FANTASTIC. Good tips from Conny. Clear explanation and top atmosphere. Super nice that it is a family business. Very educational!!

Federico, the teacher, was truly superb and knowledgeable; with great attention and skill, he took us into the world of pasta and tiramisu, captivating us and making us eager to have more experiences! Highly recommended!!!
I spent a weekend in Milan with my best friend last May and this was definitely the highlight of our city trip. Connie was a really nice girl who gave us the workshop, compliments! Definitely recommended to do when you are in Milan.
