Augustine was an incredible guide. We learned so much and really enjoyed spending the day with him. Do yourself a favor and book him for your tour
Thanks, Gabe. Agustin indeed is a great guide, very knowledgeable and kind! See you next time in Mendoza or Chile, Cheers, Damian
The driver was the nicest guy. We loved him.. However, his English wasn’t very good. We believe our tour was supposed to be be A Jewish heritage tour, but it wasn’t. We did see some interesting sites.
Dear Janis, Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the company of your guide. We apologize for any miscommunication regarding the nature of the tour. We would like to clarify that we specialize in wine tours and do not offer Jewish heritage tours. It's possible that there was a misunderstanding with the third-party trip planner you used. We appreciate your understanding and value your feedback. Cheers, Damian
Excellent! The guide Agustin and Soledad were excellent companions throughout the tour, being extremely helpful and attentive! I highly recommend!!
Obrigado pela sua avaliação Eike, Agustín e Soledad ficaram muito felizes com sua visita! Esperamos vê-lo em nossos outros destinos na Argentina e no Chile.
Great private tour. The tour guide Agustin was multilingual , young and knowable of the City. Not rushed gave us a lot of information and showed us the locals everyday life. Priceless
Thanks Pedro for your nice review! I hope to meet you again in any of our locations, Uruguay, Argentina or Chile. Cheers, Damian
The tour was great. Agustin was super welcoming, and loved showing us and teaching us about his country. Would 100% recommend.
Thanks for your review Matt. I hope to meet you next time in Mendoza, Salta (Argentina) or Santigo (Chile). Cheers
Gonzalo, the tour guide was very knowledgeable, patient, and happy to show us the highlights of Montevideo.
The very attentive guide and driver, took us by private vehicle to know the best of Montevideo with very good explanations, excellent for recommendations, little known places to discover a charming city and from another angle.
Gracias Hector, fue un placer estar con ustedes! los esperamos la proxima ve en Uruguay y Argentina. Saludos, Damian
We gave our tour guide, Gonzalo, quite the runaround. Our initial tour date was upended because we had a COVID outbreak at home and had to do a ton of last-minute shuffling. And then, the only date that we had left was January 1st, when lots of things are naturally closed. And yet, Gonzalo came through for us in a big way. Our tour of Montevideo was incredible. We saw a great deal of the city and had a marvelous lunch of typical Uruguayan fare. And Gonzalo was able to answer questions about pretty much everything we asked, from architecture to wine to history to foreign policy etc. This tour was nothing short of amazing.
Hi James, thank you very much for your lovely review! Yes, having a tour on Jan 1st was a challenge, but Gonzalo is a great guide. We pride ourselves on being flexible and doing our best to make a happy trip for all. See you next time! Damian
