- expect to have tour with 100+ other people - expect tour to last 14 hours - bring your own food and snacks unless you want mystery meat tacos for lunch - do not go off of the details provided in your confirmation message such as “look for purple umbrellas” as there was nothing like that to identify the group upon arrival - do not expect to be dropped off where you were picked up, despite the confirmation saying otherwise - the hosts were friendly, but none of the tours were guided
We loved it! Super fun and super interesting, the guide knew a lot and super hospitable. Great way to get to know the city and its history. Highly recommended 👌🏼
This agency was the best option we could choose. Paco helped us plan our holidays in the north of the country, designed a tour that I know will suit all the needs of the group for 2 weeks we were traveling! He kept in touch with us at all times and gave us great tips and recommendations! I would definitely choose them again!
Arrived at the meeting point 10 mins before the start time. Tour guide was a no show. Contacted the tour operator, yet we got zero response. Wasted our time, very disappointed.
I showed up at 9:56 for a 10 o’clock tour and no one was there. Waited around for 20 minutes and tried to message the operator. Nothing. Messaged Viator and was told I need to be there 15 minutes before the tour. I realize this was an inexpensive tour but I was looking forward to it and travelled for it.
Regardless of the circumstances, a contract must be honored. Interrupting services and leaving people stranded is truly unacceptable.
Tour guide didn't show up for the tour. When we contacted the company, we were told he was sick. We understand people get ill, but the company should have communicated with us as soon as they knew the guide couldn't make it. It was unprofessional to wait and only tell us when we contacted them. Very disappointed because we were looking forward to this tour.
Renato was excellent. Knowledgeable, funny, erudite. We would have happily spent the whole day with him! Would recommend to anyone!
We really loved our tour with Renato. Not only is he funny, but he's pretty opinionated about the history and architecture in Centro Historico, and having the information come with that perspective makes the tour so much more interesting. I just wish it were longer so he could go a bit more in depth!
Informative and entertaining. Highly recommend. Been on a lot of walking tours - this might have been the best.
