Excellent experience with the guide Miguel

Excellent visit to the Prado Museum. Our guide Miguel made the experience something majestic. It is difficult nowadays to find a guide who works with such passion and has such a high cultural level; without a doubt, we would repeat with him.

Skip the guesswork and just book it: the Prado Museum with Miguel is an absolute must

Forget the usual tourist traps—if you're in Madrid, you need to hit the Prado Museum with Miguel. Taking the private tour of the Prado Museum in June 2026 was the absolute highlight of our business trip. Taking advantage of a break with my work group, we decided to do this activity in Madrid, and Miguel made everything incredible. From the very first moment, he proved to be the ideal guide: he is super friendly, respectful, and has a way of explaining art that catches your attention immediately. The tour was conducted in English and Spanish in the most natural way, which solved a major problem for us since my work group was multicultural. One of the things that is always most difficult for us is for everyone to enjoy the same thing; those of us who speak Spanish also speak English, but the English-speaking team members only speak English. Miguel handled both languages perfectly, ensuring there were no barriers and keeping everyone equally engaged. What we liked most about Miguel is that he is a noble, hardworking person with a unique charisma; he always has a smile on his face and is ready to help with whatever you need. You can truly see the deep passion he has for his work. He has a highly trained eye and taught us to spot details and secrets in the paintings that we would have never noticed on our own, keeping the whole group focused and enjoying every single minute. Besides being a magnificent guide, he was an amazing host outside the museum, giving us the best tips and recommendations for restaurants and places to make the most of Madrid for the rest of our trip. We loved the experience so much that when I return to Madrid in November with my mother, I am definitely taking her on this tour with him so she can live and feel exactly what I did. If you are visiting the city, this tour with Miguel is the definitive choice.👌🏻✅

They must improve their service.

The Angelica Guide had no patience did not explain well made my daughter buy audio guides and did not tell her that she would provide audio. He also made misplaced comments from other members of the group, in very bad taste.
