Departing from Padua or Abano/Montegrotto Terme, come and enjoy a unique experience immersed in the Euganean Hills. The journey begins in Arquà Petrarca, a charming medieval village where every stone tells a story of poetry, history, and beauty. Strolling through its streets is an invitation to lose yourself, enveloped by the intimate and authentic atmosphere of the place. We continue through olive groves and vineyards until we reach an excellent oil mill, where we will taste oil produced using ancient methods and true passion. Shortly after, a family-run winery welcomes us for a tasting of local wines paired with typical cold cuts and cheeses, in a convivial moment that celebrates flavors and sharing. The tour ends with a visit to a historic villa or castle in the Euganean Hills, elegant and timeless places immersed in a landscape that invites contemplation and relaxation. Itinerary
Visit the village of Arquà Petrarca in the heart of the Euganean Hills. Arquà is the second most beautiful village in Italy and was home to the great Italian poet Francesco Petrarca. After visiting Petrarca's house, we will visit a producer of preserves and liqueurs typical of the Euganean Hills and taste the famous Brodo di Giuggiole (jujube broth).
We will visit a renowned oil mill where the owners will tell us the history of their family farm and explain the production process of extra virgin olive oil, which we will then taste during a guided tasting session.
We will visit a local family-run winery and relax while tasting a selection of four glasses of volcanic wines paired with a light lunch of bread, cold cuts, and local cheeses for a comprehensive experience of the food and wine culture of the Euganean Hills.
Finally, we will visit one of the castles or villas in the Euganean Hills (Catajo Castle, Monselice Castle, Villa dei Vescovi, Villa Selvatico, or Giardino di Valsanzibio).

Very pleasant experience in the Euganean Hills. Well organized tour, quiet rhythms and never touristy. Arquà Petrarca is a beautiful village and the broth of jujubes was a nice discovery. Also interesting is the visit to the mill with olive oil tasting. Excellent stop in the cellar by Loreggian Wines: 5 wines tasted calmly accompanied by cold cuts, local cheeses and good bread. Perfect closure to Villa Barbarigo and the Valsanzibio labyrinth. You can see that it is a tour made with passion. Also recommended for those who are from Veneto and think they already know the area.
