Lena was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, despite it just being the two of us. Was a good tour!
My wife and I enjoyed this tour immensely as we didn’t know of all the things we learned during the tour. Our guide was outstanding and very knowledgeable!! Richmond has so much history, it was amazing to learn some of it! There’s so much more out there so this just scratched the surface.
This tour was GREAT! Lena was our guide and she is extremely knowledgeable about all the history and the ghost stories. She is a very engaging speaker and took the time to answer any questions anyone had. I highly recommend you go on this tour.
Very knowledgeable and cool guide. Finished with a Poe poem and black cat enthusiast. Real historian
Jeffrey was a great guide! Very knowledgeable of the area and all aspects of its history. We were never bored the almost 2 hours we were with him.
Jeffrey was a wonderful guide and very personable. He had a lot of fun anecdotes, and knew how to connect on a personal level. It is a fun tour, but also be prepared for the tour to touch on uncomfortable truths in Black history as it relates to Richmond. It is important to hear, especially today.
We were looking for a night historical tour and found a couple. One had quite a few reviews but they were mixed, some really liked it and others not so much. We found this tour. It didn't have many reviews but they were all positive so we decided to take this one and we're glad we did. Jeffrey did an excellent job. He has done his research and is very knowledgeable about the history of Richmond. He is an experienced tour guide and did his best to make everyone feel comfortable. This is not a ghost tour but a great historical tour.
Jeffrey is a knowledgeable tour guide. My adult son loves haunted history tours and has done them in multiple cities. He really likes it.
Very interesting and stories told with enthusiasm. Jeffrey was open to questions and was genuinely eager to tell us about Richmond and its haunts.
