Truly a city like no other, Yangon boasts an eclectic mix of cultures and history. For people in Yangon today, life revolves around food, fashion, the arts, and nightlife. Take some time to connect with the city, its people and their passions with this ‘local’s look’ at Yangon. We start with a stroll around in a colorful morning street market before exploring Musmeah Yeshua Synagogue, one of the holiest places in Yangon.
Followed by a visit to Bogyoke Market where you can wander and mingle with locals.
Journey down to Yangon General Train Station to enjoy the slow ride of Yangon circular train. As the train move, you should be ready for picturesque scenes. You may notice so many locals on board and hawkers will be selling local snacks or fruits.
In the afternoon, we enjoy the delicious lunch at the local dining restaurant. Afterward, we resume our tour with a colonial walk in downtown Yangon.
Also, we find time to stop by the Kandawgyi Lake for the nice pictures.
By then, why not hit the road to Chauk Htet Gyi Reclining Buddha to learn more about the life story of the Buddha
In the evening, be sure to spend time for sunset at the Shwe-da-gon Pagoda which is the spiritual heart and the holiest pagoda in Myanmar. Enjoy the breathtaking view and experience the excitement! We'll then conclude the tour with a transfer to an ending point or your hotel or port.

If you are coming from the Thilawa port and we'll meet you at the entrance gate of the port. Also, we'll send you detail info after booking with us! It is quite clear if you are coming from an airport, we can welcome you at the airport. If you are already in Yangon at your current hotel, why not you tell us where you are staying so that we can send you in the lobby of the hotel.
