Was a great tour to experience the troubles caused by Pablo Escobar. Carlos was a great guide with very good English and knowledge of Pablo Escobar. Couldn’t recommend enough.
This was the second time we took a tour with Joshua, and once again it was an excellent experience. Today we did the Pablo Escobar tour, and just like the previous one, he was a friendly, smiling, attentive, and very professional guide. He explains the history very well, answers questions, and keeps the interest throughout the entire tour. It is clear that he enjoys his work, and that makes a big difference in the experience. Without a doubt, we would take it again and we highly recommend it. Thank you, Joshua, for making the tour so enjoyable!
Great tour and an even better guide. Ask for Camilo if you do this tour!
If you want to learn a little more about the life and death of Pablo Escobar, this is the tour. Had the absolute privilege and pleasure of going with Mr. Camilo - this man is a treasure chest of knowledge about the city, it's history and the periode og Escobar. He holds alot of knowledge about the people involved, the sites you see and is so generous with his knowledge! The tour takes you to the places like former Monaco Building, the graveyard, where Escobar found his final and the Football station he built. The tour lasted for 5 hours, but felt like 10 min. Mr. Camilo is doing more then his job as a guide, he is giving you a way to understand the times and sites you see in a unique way.
This was a great tour. Jaime was amazing and very thorough. Very knowledgeable about Pablo. And he also takes good pictures. Next time we are here, we will request him again for a tour.
Camilo was an excellent tour guide. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He took us to the different sites, explained everything and even shared some personal experiences. He also took us to the Pablo Escobar museum which was an added bonus. We really enjoyed the tour and thank Camilo for going above and beyond. Great job and ty for making it a memorable experience !
I had an incredible tour with Andres — he was knowledgeable, engaging, and did an amazing job explaining the history in a way that was both informative and respectful. I learned so much about Pablo Escobar and the real impact of the events that shaped the city. The tour itself was surreal — visiting the actual sites and homes where these infamous moments took place made the history feel very real. Andres answered every question thoroughly and made the experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants a deeper, more authentic understanding of the history.
We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. We were initially on the fence about doing a Pablo Escobar tour because we didn't want to support the past drug culture. However, this tour was anything but. It was an explanation of the transformation from the most horrible time in Medellin history to the vibrant community it is today. Our guide John was incredibly informative and knowledgeable. You could sense his pride in his country and he focused on the history of Medellin, the impact of the drug trade/and Escobar, and how far the country has come. One of our favorite stops was the memorial to the more than 40,000 victims. Our guide also accommodated our every need including a coffee stop and timely airport drop off. We would 100% recommend this tour (and John!).

Joshua was a great guide taking us all over the places that Pablo influenced in Medellin. We actually met one of Pablo’s former body guards at the cemetery!
