The best of Florence and Pisa from Livorno sea port

Great driver, promptly picked us up and had some great recommendations. At the end he was flexible and did a great job.

We had an amazing day with Chiara Tognatelli. She was friendly and informative about the sights as we traveled. We were a large group and had 6 vans but she gave us personalized service. I highly recommend this company!

We had the most amazing tour of Florence and Pisa with Italy tours! We were picked up at the cruise port in Livorno very promptly. Everything was well communicated from pick up to drop off. The driver and tour guides were very interactive and informative. We had used other tour companies during our stay in Europe, however Italy tours made our experience wonderfully memorable!! They are a smaller family-owned company who pride themselves on impeccable customer service. You will be very pleased with their service, your tour options and their pricing! The tour company responded with some long winded answers First my paper work clearly showed small group tour Second the bus was a very large double decker bus which was full and again if there was not around 200 in board would like to know how many It is not clearly stated there is extensive walking from to bus 20 mins each way We had no problem but some did It was pouring heavy rain prior to leaving Why was the bus not there ready to board People we’re absolutely soaked thru and no not everyone had umbrellas !!! Don’t try and brush it off as a whinging customer The organisation was poor Passengers were left to find their way back to bus The operator May state what they like Poorly organised poorly described What happened to customer service

Our driver Valeria deserves 10/10 stars and if I ever use this company again I would definitely request her. Our big disappointment with the company was that they promised us an 8 hour tour but they included a group that needed to get back the their ship early and as such, cut our tour to six hours. Now mind you, this is already a tour with a lot of driving so unfortunately our time in Florence was very rushed and we did not get to see everything we planned to see there. It was the stop I was looking the most forward to in Italy so it was a big disappointment! Valeria could see we were upset so she contacted the company without me even asking to see about getting a partial refund. I was offered one but have not yet received it. Not sure if I ever will but Valeria was incredible and I can’t thank her enough for giving us the best experience she possibly could!

When you only have 10 hours to get from Port La Spezia to Florence and Pisa, you need a driver. Valeria and Paolo were amazing. They were right there when we got off the cruise port bus. We were always only steps away from the various tourist attractions. They took the stress of transport out of our hands. We can relax and enjoy the day. Thank you guys!!!

Stefano was fantastic. He was so informative and friendly. He went above and beyond to show us everything he could during our time with him.

Davide was delightful. He made our day so much fun. We first visited the leaning tower, then were off to Florence. The day was perfectly arranged to work with our scheduled time to see "The David". He arranged our luncheon reservations at. An amazing restaurant prior to the museum. The highlight for us was the private tour and tasting at San Michele winery where we learned so much about wine and olive making . He provided the perfect experience that we were looking for.
