The exhibition is very well done and the narrative is very informative. This is a really immersive experience.
We booked the Magical Mystery Tour Bus as an excursion from our recent trip to London where we had never been in the past. turns out this trip takes place way far away from London and we had to cancel. Fortunately we were refunded. we were really looking forward to it but it wasn't in the cards for us. Live and learn.
This is the best place to go for the backstory of the Beatles. Thoroughly enjoyed all the memorabilia and as you make your way through each area you get a sense of how they lived through that time of their lives.
Thank you for visiting and for leaving a review! We're so glad you enjoyed your time at The Beatles Story, Royal Albert Dock. We hope to welcome you back again soon. ❤️
This is not a museum but more of a walk through documentary full of diverse and interactive story telling highly recommended even if you're not a fan. You are in Liverpool this city breathes music and the Beatles are a testament to it

I found the tour to be amazing and very insightful. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of memorabilia which the tour had on offer. The audio guide was great too and again very insightful. The admission fee is slightly more expensive when you pay on arrival vs an advance booking online. This tour took me around 40 minutes. I visited on a Sunday and it was nice and quiet. Staff were incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend this if your in the area as it’s a key part of Liverpool history.
Thank you, Harriet, for sharing your thoughts! We're delighted you enjoyed the tour and found it insightful. We appreciate your recommendation!
The Beatles Story is well worth a visit even if you are not a super fan. When you enter you will have the option to have your photo taken, and you will be given a headset and handheld Tourguide. It is a self guided tour and you can take as long as you need to listen to the audio, watch the videos and view the galleries as you move through the exhibits. There's a ton of photos, memorabilia, costumes, videos and of course Beatles tunes playing throughout the tour. The story of the band is very interesting and the replicated scenes are great, especially the Cavern Club. I certainly learnt a lot or and came out with a renewed appreciation of The Beatles.
Thank you for sharing your detailed thoughts! We're delighted you found the experience engaging and the replicated scenes impressive, especially the Cavern Club. Your feedback means a lot to us.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Worth the money. I visited for around 1 hour 15 minutes so as to visit the shop to. Friendly atmosphere. Not crowded and easy to walk round and listen to the information. Friendly staff. Best for fans of the Beatles.
Thank you, Karl, for sharing your experience! We’re delighted you appreciated the value and enjoyed the atmosphere. We hope to welcome you again in the future.
It was an excellent experience. I highly recommend for families to get a deeper understanding of the Beatles.
A good, thorough history of The Beatles. Free audio guide included in ticket price. We spent around 90 minutes, but if you read everything it could be double that! It was a bit warm at the start as its underground, but I had a hand fan with me. Also not many places to sit down and listen to the guide at the start, but further through the walk through experience there is seating. Coffee shop good, shop is varied. Definitely recommend for any Beatles enthusiasts!
