I had a spare day following a business trip to another city several hours away. I realised with the super fast and efficient G trains and affordable accomodation in Xian I could fullfill a long term ambition to visit Xian and the Terracotta Warrior archelogical site. I was not dissappointed. Booking with Mubus was simple and very quick. I didnt think we would complete the tour in a day due to traffic but its timings were spot on. As the metro is well signposted and efficient I took the metro to the designated meeting point. I was allocated @ChelseaRoa (ChianJin) ... with apologies for the spelling. Chelsea's communications were excellent, very clear and encouragingly prompt. It was reassuring to get quick responses to my texts. We met as a mixed group from Europe, which added to the adventure to hear others adventures across China, and after sorting out minor glitches on the hearing sets at the entrance, Chelsea gave an explanation before entering the exhibits on how to make the best of the visit. She was very knowledgable and answered questions on the tour clearly. I was extremely grateful for her looking after us and taking us to the best locations and then visit a great family restaurant. It was exquisite and only having to pay for affordable extra drinks. Then as a bonus it was A personal highlight being introduced to the farmer who discovered the site. That was unexpected. She was not wrong to encourage us to be patient and bold to get great views and enjoy all the sites had to offer. I loved my visit and only wish I could have stayed longer to explore walk to the untouched areas, and then the South Gate of Xian Wall. Next time I hope. Chelsea, thank you for being a wonderful guide and host. I wish you and your family success and long happiness in the future. If I could award more than 5 stars I would have... thank you again, Kind Regards G
This company went out of their way to assure I had a good experience. The communication was excellent and they worked with me to assure I was on the tour despite being taken by a taxi to completely wrong part of city for the tour meet site. Danny was excellent at explaining all that we saw, and giving history behind everything! I would recommend this company over any other tour I have been on!
Terracotta warriors are obviously amazing, as are the city attractions. More importantly Chelsea's skill as a tour guide was excellent, as was the overall experience. The tour moved at a good pace and ear pieces were provided so you could explore and still hear the information clearly. Chelsea was knowledgeable, professional, funny, generous and her English cannot be faulted. The lunch is a fun experience, traditional Chinese dining style with the rotating platform. I have done a number of tours in China and can safely say this was up there with the best.
Absolutely brilliant day, Ruby was an incredible guide and made the day really interesting and fun, we learnt so much as and would recommend this tour
Chelsea the guide was pleasant and very informative & helpful. The Terracotta army pits and museum are well worth visiting.

Thank you very much for your positive comment,we will do our job better, welcome join our tour next time!
We had an amazing time exploring Xi'an with our guide, Chelsea. Despite visiting during the peak of Chinese New Year when the crowds were massive, Chelsea was a total pro. She was funny, engaging, and packed with historical knowledge that brought the Terracotta Warriors to life. She managed the logistics perfectly to keep our group together, making what could have been a stressful day very pleasant. A unexpected highlight was getting to meet the farmer who discovered the artifacts! We also enjoyed the local scooter carriage ride through the Muslim Quarter. If you’re visiting Xi’an, ask for Chelsea—she's fantastic!
This was a great way to see the highlights of Xian. Our guide Kobe was incredible and had knowledge of all the history our group was seeing while making the information digestible and fun. He was such a delight to see the city with.
Had a great experience. Loved going into the museum with a guide so full of knowledge. Would highly recommend you book the tour
