Tldr: tour is not worth it. Very disorganized and last stop was extremely bad Very disorganized at the start. We arrived early but the bus was late due to rain. There were also 3 or more busses that look exactly the same. We asked two of them if we were in right place. The 2nd bus said we were and then we get a call that we are on the wrong bus. I start freaking out because I dont know if I am on the way to tequila or somewhere else. At the first stop we finally get on the right bus....... the rest of the tour was so so... very touristy. But the last stop was terrible. It took thirty minutes to go to the bathroom for guys. Idk how long for girls. You have to wait in a long line to pay for a drink. Then you have to wait in another long line to get your drink. I spent two hours in line and then just gave up because we had to go back to the bus.
Patrick, all the places, transportation and all were crawdee because of the world cup, is not our fault!! Just try to understand that!!
Very interesting tour! Perfectly guided by Edna and her colleague.
excellent as to repeat it a worthwhile experience and very friendly guides attentive and cheerful at all times
Our group of 7 had a fantastic time on the Tequila Premium Tour. The Destination Agave experience was both educational and fun—the perfect way to spend a day in Jalisco. The premium tastings were excellent, and the staff made sure our large group was well taken care of. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an authentic and high-quality tequila experience!
Excellent tour. Kim is very nice explains amazing. The visit to the agave plants and the pairing tasting is very illustrative about tequila. We loved it.
Good safe and very pleasant tour with family atmosphere
Fun tour even if you go alone. They make them feel part of the group. Very interesting explanations, safe driving.
This is the tour to take, very good experience Price is very good and it offers a lot Would definitely recommend
Kim was a superb guide. He was passionate and informative. The day was full of fun learning and tasting. He was helpful with all that we asked. It was a mix of agave farming, manufacturing, tasting, and a local cantina. You also had 2 hours in Tequila to explore. It’s a long day so be sure you’re aware of that. Highly recommended.
Our visit to the agave fields and the distillery were well done and informative. There was a delay in getting us to the tasting section, a few too many tours ahead of us but Kim did a great job explaining how to enjoy each bottle. The stops after that, to an agave farm with tastings and later the cantaritos bar , didn't really add to my experience. We'd been given instructions for the trip , suggesting eat a big breakfast as it would be after 2.30 pm when we'd have lunch in the town of Tequila. It was 6pm by the time we got to Tequila with only an hour to serve our large group of nine and have a look around town. I would rather have skipped the third stop and gone to Tequila town for longer then home. Bring food if you plan to drink all day. If the tour starts running late, I'd suggest they make an adjustment and skip a stop but I understand they are likely contracted to stop at each place.
