Bad tour provider. Didn’t show up and only after us reaching out to check if they anre on their way informed us that tour is cancelled. Left us stranded and did not even apologized. Very unprofessional. All other tours we took in Mexico City were great.
Susana was amazing!! Gave so much educational information and experience
Insightful, beautiful and cool!!
Suzanna was a great tour guide
I literally got off the place, headed to my hotel and took a short two minute walk to my pick-up point. Viator was able to book my trip the night before, helped me navigate to which was the best pick-up point. from there it was about an hour drive and a great quick mezcal tasting before hand and then off to the Pyramids. there we had a great look around filled with interesting information and a chance to experience the views.
Booked a guided tour of Teotihuacan and I’m so glad i did. Wandering the temples wouldn’t have been anywhere as interesting without understanding the details about the people who lived there and how they were built and how they were abandoned. Susanna was our guide was so sweet, informative, provided photos of what the pyramids would have looked like when inhabited as well as throughout history. She shared information about the aztec gods and culture which was really interesting. Coming to such an incredible, historic place and missing out on the history is a shame. Supporting the local guides and community is also very important so we can continue to visit these special places.
The whole thing was amazing and totally worth waking up at 3:30 am. Everyone was so professional and each step of the process was so well thought out. The pick ups were on time. The photos and drone footage from the hot air balloon- amazing. I thought I would be a little afraid of heights but it’s so slow and steady. I brought a big jacket bc I thought I might be cold but I was absolutely fine. The breakfast in the cave was also amazing. Lastly the guided tour through the pyramids/temples was so informative.
Susannah was lovely! A really well paced tour and very friendly guide!
Susanna was a great tour guide for our family.
Although it was a lot of walking, it was super exciting and interesting to learn more about the geology, people, and culture.
