Revised review.

I wrote an earlier review with less positive comments. Most of that was due to the fact that there were some concerns with the way that our reservation was handled. Since then, the company has been very responsive and extremely helpful. They have addressed my concerns and they have agreed to make improvements in the future. As a result, I have increased my score for the tour. The pyramids themselves were awesome and should not be missed!

Operator response

Thank you so much for updating your review! 🌟 We truly appreciate your feedback and are glad we could address your concerns. It’s wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the pyramids — they really are an unforgettable experience! We look forward to welcoming you again in the future for an even smoother and memorable adventure. 🏛️✨

Pyramids cool, but tour not great

Communication was pretty poor prior to the meeting on the day of the tour. And then on the tour day, the guide got the meeting times wrong, and they almost left us. Also, the guide was very nice, but spoke very little English and very broken English. The result of that was a very limited understanding on our part, unfortunately.
