We arrive early at the legendary City of the Gods to make the most of your visit and enjoy a smoother experience. Walk along the Avenue of the Dead, admire the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon, and learn about the legacy of one of the most remarkable civilizations in Mesoamerica. After exploring the archaeological site, we continue to La Gruta, where you’ll have enough time to enjoy traditional Mexican cuisine in a truly unique setting. You are free to choose your dishes from the menu and pay directly at the restaurant (food and beverages are not included). An ideal combination of history and culinary tradition in one seamless day, with no unnecessary stops and a well-organized experience.

Itinerary
Exploration of the Teotihuacan archaeological site with an approximate duration of 2 hours and 15 minutes, visiting the main highlights such as the Avenue of the Dead, the Pyramid of the Sun, and the Pyramid of the Moon. The transfer from Mexico City to the archaeological site takes approximately 1 hour, depending on traffic conditions. After the archaeological visit, the experience continues with the transfer to La Gruta restaurant, located inside a natural volcanic cave next to the archaeological site, where approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes are allocated for dining and rest. Food and beverages are not included and are paid directly at the restaurant. At the end of the experience, the return transfer to Mexico City takes approximately 1 hour, subject to traffic conditions.

José and Mare were a great team. I traveled with my elderly parents and Experiencias Mexicanas offered a comfortable and convenient option to travel and view the pyramids. Jose was very punctual, patient, and got us to where we needed to be quickly and safely. Mare was very knowledgeable and attentive in answering all our questions during the tour. Very informative tour to Teotihuacan! Ruben was really nice and knew all these interesting facts about the Teotihuacan civilization. Highly recommend this tour! La Gruta was also very efficient the day we went. Food was very delicious and good serving sizes!

Incredible experience; they should just indicate that to bring cameras, a permit must be obtained in advance. Everything else was incredible; the guide Rubén and his driver Edgar were very kind, but above all, they provided information about the place.

Incredible experience since the beginning. Ilse and Jose were amazing guides and made this tour the best day of our trip! We did the spanish tour. The day before, they sent a message to confirm the meeting point. The ride to Teotihuacan was very confortable, smooth as it can be. Jose is a really good driver! Ilse gave us a masterclass about Teotihuacan. She's very knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to answer all of our doubts. She also took amazing photos for us! After tour, Jose and Ilse took us to La Gruta. It is a must go on this trip! I highly recommend doing this trip with Ilse and Jose! Hope other travellers have the luck that we got going with them!

The experience was amazing. Ilse accompanied us and had a total mastery of the subject; in addition, he was very friendly, making the experience very enriching and enjoyable. ILSE was a great tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and explained a lot of details that we would have missed if we went on our own. We had 5 children in our group and she was very patient and not only included them in the conversation but remembered their names. We booked a private tour and we had a great ride there and back. The food at La Gruta was amazing. The whole atmosphere at the restaurant was incredible. Thank you ILSE for being so kind and patient with us. I would highly recommend this tour.
