We had an amazing experience with this tour! Our guide at the pyramids was exceptional. Incredibly kind and thoughtful, full of great information, fun with the kids, and understanding when our 4 year old was ready to move onto the next thing. Our 8 year old loved learning about the history, and there were some really fun projects and elements that were perfect for her as well. As adults, the sites were remarkable, and we had a lot of fun learning as well. The Reino Animal Park was also delightful. Beautifully curated, tons of engaging animal activities, and the "safari" was a blast. From the driver to the tour to the park, it was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. We HIGHLY recommend it as a way for young families to enjoy these incredible sites.
Went with partner and 4 year old. Very glad we booked this. Had considered just doing it myself with rental car or uber but this was better. Driver, guides and staff were excellent. Sites were awesome. Animal park was a ton of fun for the 4 year old and the adults. Communication was okay. Sometimes I wasn’t quite sure what was happening or exactly what the game plan was but it was all smooth. Only negative was no fault of the tour. Personal preference probably because I usually do these type of things on my own without a tour/schedule. Felt like needed more time and I felt rushed. I needed another hour at Teotihuacán to soak it in (kid would’ve lost it with boredom though). Also could’ve spent at least another hour at the animal park (it’s got more to it than it seems) and the 4 year old never lost interest. It was her favorite part of our whole visit to Mexico City. Packed so much in we didn’t stop to eat lunch. Just snacks along the way.
Great services Jorge and Angeles really care about us. They wait for our children when needed. Jorge made some activities to help the younger ones enjoy more the tour. I did the activity with a 2 and 6 years old boys
I don't like to be over-supervised and hand held during these types of things, and this was perfect. Our driver greeted us at our hotel and drove us to the site to register. The staff was friendly, and our tour guide at Teotihuacan was informative and interesting. We then were dropped off at Reina Animal Park and were able to enjoy ourselves at our own pace. Be warned you can't take food into the animal park, so plan to eat inside. If you have kids, the length of the tour at Teotihucan was perfect, and the animal park was a good way to balance history with fun.
Our guide Eloy was really good and interesting. We had a Nice welcome with coffee and cookie, provid us hat to protect us from the sun. I really recommand it
An amazing history, archeology and cultural lesson. Pick-up on time in CDMX by Angeles. She drove us to Teotihuacan where we met my guide, George. Although my first language is English, we used Spanish most of the day, (my choice). The others in my group were not able to make it, so I luckef into a provate tour. George's knowledge of Teotihuacan is extraordinary. First, we visited the pyramids and sites close by. Next we continued the tour, visiting outlying temples and habitations of priests, warriors and the upper class. He had a day pack full of resouces: books, photos of the site before restoration, renderings of the site in it's zenith. Even a record of the migration of the Aztecs to Teotihuacan in glyphs! At every stop he explained the art, the murals and the significance of the location. George is from San Martin, a small city next to the site. His grandmother farmed on the site, prior to the government purchase. He knows the area and is at home with any questions. Finally, he asked me if I wanted to see a special place: El Observatorio. We descended through lava tubes until a circle of light appeared. Incredible: In the middle there was a live snake. He said I was very lucky! Quetzacoatl!! Then we skipped the normal buffet at my choice a met Angeles and another of their team for a great meal of Tacos de aguacates and ciles, conejo frito, (fried rabbit), consume of verduras and a great dessert of sugar cured cactus buds, (tuna). This is by far the longest review I have ever given. I was made to feel like a friend, so it is just to return the favor. The enthusiasm of the Teotihuacan en Bici crew is unmatched in my experience. Thank you!

Our guide Luis was EXTREMELY knowledgable about the history of the site and the cultural influences surrounding it. He is a treasure! The food portion of this tour could be a little more robust and adventurous, while it was good and had a surprise or twoant egg tacos!this felt more like a tacked-on meal requirement for the daylong excursion.
