You will discover a magnificent astronomy side of Tenerife, Volcano Teide. This tour offers you a personalized and custom stargazing experience in Tenerife Island which is known as one of the best Astro-tourism destinations in the world and once here, stargazing is a must-do activity! Your tour will start with a three-course Canarian meal at a local restaurant in the mountains. Afterward, we will watch an amazing sunset from above the “sea of clouds” and you will be guided through the constellations of the night sky by our experts using lasers. We’ll tell you stories about how the ancient civilizations named the constellations and how they are used. A variety of big size telescopes, astrophotography gear, and our multilingual team of professional and passionate astronomers will make your evening to be truly unforgettable. The tour suits everyone from children to grandparents and astronomy lovers or just holidaymakers looking for something special to do as a family or couple.

Pickup Locations & Times
The pick-up is available only from south of the area of Tenerife, within Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos. In other cases, we can meet the travelers at the starting point. Please leave your hotel information in the booking. No pick up from Santa Cruz or Puerto de La Cruz.

I specifically chose this event because I wanted a guide in German. And suddenly only English and Italian are spoken. It was nice to look through the telescopes, but if you only understand a fraction of what is going on, the whole thing makes no sense. Therefore, I clearly consider this to be a defect, as I explicitly booked the guide in German. Due to renovation work, the restaurant was closed, and we were offered meager snacks from a paper bag. (I will not go into the content here, as it would again bring my mood down.) It was sad to watch other tour groups being served champagne at sunset while I could only sip on my apple juice pouch from the paper bag. It was quite nice that they offered photo shoots, for which, of course, they also charged. Since my mood was already at rock bottom, we declined this offer. To say something nice, the bus driver was skilled at his job, the guide was amusing as far as I could understand, and the astronomers and photographers knew their craft and mastered their techniques. All in all, it was a flop. I regret every euro and every minute I wasted here.
Early start nearly one before indicated when booked. Ossi was excellent guide with humour once all pickups had been made sunset and stargazing were excellent (very cold as were warned) although limited use of the few telescopes was a bit disappointing Early meal was reasonable as expected. We were well looked after.

the local rangers did not allow the stargazing to take place. ended up in the car park of the restaurant instead. Not worth the money.

Unfortunately, on the evening of your visit the local rangers issued a fire alert in the forest, which meant that for everyone’s safety, stargazing in our usual location was not permitted. We completely understand your disappointment and regret that this affected your experience. Safety always comes first, but we’ll be happy to welcome you again under normal conditions to show you the night sky as it is meant to be seen.
We got picked up on time outside our hotel , went to a canarian restaurant food was yummy and plenty of Soft drinks and wine available on the table , the meal consisted of , pumpkin soup , chicken leg with salad and canarian potatoes and for pudding was a chocolate mousse , we then started are way up mount teide to watch the sunset then further up to star gaze it was a beautiful experience and we sore 6 shooting stars . Excellent tour. The food was served at a quaint local restaurant, and the sunset was beautiful. The stargazing was amazing! The guide was competent and the views stunning. We where warned about the low temperatures at the site and had packed appropriate clothes. Would do again!

The advertisement says meal in a Canarian restaurant not a paper plate of paella in the middle of a forest, it also says “drinks” this is plural in English , but you could only get one each . The coach broke down too . A very amateur money making exercise, So not worth the time and effort let alone the money 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
All was nearly perfect. Only the journey there was very bumpy and the stops in between to pick up other participants was very tedious. The guide was well prepared and funny

Great tour, enjoyable night under the stars! Got to see Saturn in the telescope and all of the constellations with the naked eye. Totally gave “all of the stars” by Ed Sheeran vibes. Highly recommend.
