This was an excellent tour of the Fenice Opera House. Fascinating history of the structure and the history of Italy. Our guide was very informative and delightful.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and spoke several languages to help translate when English was not understood for some. The Opera House is beautiful with an interesting history. If you see this and want to see a performance- grab tickets the second they go on sale!
The tour operator/guide niever showed up. We waited for 15 minutes at the designated spot but had to give up and leave. We demand a full refund..
Our guide was excellent, the best we’ve had in Italy. Excellent English, very charming, interesting content delivered with a dash of humour. Loved the theatre. It was the most beautiful building with a chequered history. Would recommend this tour.
Payed for private guide. They never showed up. Had to buy tickets from theater! We met another couple who also payed for a private tour guide and the same thing, no show! Only they refused to buy tickets!
I feel like the quality of your experience will depend on your tour guide. She seemed like she was in a rush and just wanted to say all the information and get it over with. A little disappointing
This opera theatre is absolutely SUPERB especially considering that it was ravaged by fire in the late 90s and rebuilt identically. The royal box is sublime, giving a 180-degree view of the room. We were happy to share this tour with French people dressed in costume for the Carnival
Meet outside Teatre de Fenice. Can book at the theatre & get audio guide & do the tour at your own pace.
Nikko was very nice and told us everything we wanted to know about theatre. Thank you We appreciate you help
The Tour is not organized by the theater directly so you should not go directly to the booking office inside
