Tbilisi Hidden Gems Walking Tour with Tastings (Small Group)

Description
First time in Tbilisi? This is the tour you take. Discover hidden spots, hear real local stories, and taste Georgian flavors along the way — all in a relaxed small group. We explore the hidden gems of Tbilisi while stopping along the way for tastings. You’ll try a few essentials of Georgian flavors: Wine, Chacha, traditional bread, and some sweet treats. The experience starts with coffee/tea, fresh Georgian bread, then continues through local spots where we taste wine and learn a bit about Georgia’s long winemaking tradition. Along the way, we visit places you would probably miss on your own, including a stop to try homemade sweets like churchkhela. We keep things simple and authentic, with a relaxed walk, stories about the city, and just enough tastings to give you a real feel of local food culture without making it too heavy. We finish the tour with one of Georgia’s must-try dishes — khachapuri — at a local spot. Led by a local guide who knows the stories behind every street.

Teona was an amazing tour guide, She was kind and very knowledgeable of Tblisi and the history behind this beautiful city.
My three best friends and I had an amazing tour with Teona at the end of April. We explored several areas of Tbilisi, and she shared fascinating and entertaining stories about every place we visited, making the whole experience both informative and fun. We especially loved how she combined cultural and historical insights with a great sense of humor, which made the tour even more enjoyable. Teona is super charismatic, friendly, and engaging, and we highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Tbilisi. We were so disappointed to miss her as a tamada, what a pity! But it's definitely something to look forward to on our next visit. Thank you, Teona, for such a memorable experience! :D
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! 😊❤️ It was such a pleasure meeting you and your friends and spending the day exploring Tbilisi together! I'm so happy to hear that you enjoyed both the stories and the hidden corners of the city. For me, the best tours are the ones where history, culture, and a few laughs come together, so it's lovely to know you had fun along the way. Your kind words about my guiding style truly mean a lot. I'm especially glad that you found the experience engaging and memorable. Guests like you make my job incredibly rewarding! And yes, it's a real shame we missed the chance to share a traditional Georgian feast together with me as your tamada! 🍷🇬🇪 That just means you'll have another reason to come back. I'll be waiting with more stories, more hidden gems, and hopefully a proper supra next time. Thank you again for joining the tour, and I hope to see all four of you back in Georgia soon! ✨😊

Amazing personalised tour which shows you so much of the city, teaches you the history and the shows you so many amazing places in just one day. Secret gardens, great bars and bath recommendations! We also had an amazing wine tasting at the Sheraton hotel with the most delicious cheese board as well as fantastic wines
Sounds like you and Tbilisi had a very full day together 🏙️🍷✨ So glad the hidden corners, gardens, bars, and a bit of Georgian wine magic made it memorable. That’s exactly the kind of “slow discovery” this city loves to offer. Happy travels ahead, and hope to welcome you back for more secrets of Tbilisi soon 🇬🇪 — Teona Views Georgia Tours
My tour guide was Teko and itwas a lovely experience. She was extremely knowledgeable about each sight we stopped at. You can tell that she loves what she does. It was about 3 hours but went by very quickly. She taught us some Georgian and explained the culture very well.

To get to know the city on my first visit to Georgia I booked this tour, I like history and I like to go out for a good meal, who likes it just as much is in good hands on this tour. A very interesting city tour, where Teona can tell not only a lot about the older story, but also about current events, interrupted again and again, by visits to small restaurants/bars to test the local specialties-among other things I finally learned how to eat Kinkali properly :-). At first glance I thought like other commentators that the tour was quite expensive, but it is definitely worth it. You have to remember that this is really a private tour, not a big group - we were traveling as a couple, so you can not only see much more because you can set the pace yourself. There is also the possibility to stay longer depending on the interest in one place, but to graze another only briefly 100% Recommendation
