Easy to spot: they'll be in the arrival's hall holding a clear welcome sign and wearing the standard uniform. From the moment you arrive, they are your go-to person for any questions, luggage assistance, an initial city briefing, and 24/7 support throughout your stay. If your hotel or accommodation is not listed, please don’t worry. During booking, we will confirm your stay location through direct communication. We ensure you are dropped off comfortably and conveniently at your destination. Pick-up & No-show Policy: Please be ready at the agreed pick-up point at the specified time. Our tours operate on a strict schedule. If you are not present at the designated time, we will have to proceed without you, and your reservation will be considered a "no-show." No refunds or rescheduling will be offered.
